We are looking for witnesses of alleged sexual harassment and discrimination due to two lawsuits filed against Capricor Therapeutics, Inc. (CAPR) and Capricor, Inc. in San Diego County.

About the Lawsuits
On June 17, 2026, two lawsuits were filed against Capricor Therapeutics, Inc. (CAPR) and Capricor, Inc. in San Diego Superior Court.
The first lawsuit includes allegations of hostile work environment sexual harassment and discrimination based on sex / gender at the Capricor Therapeutics, Inc. (CAPR) and Capricor, Inc. facilities located in San Diego, California (Case No: 26CU033240C).
This included allegations relating to sexual harassment and discrimination against a person belonging to the LGBTQ+ community.
The list of claims in this lawsuit include the following:
(1) Violation of the FEHA – Gov. Code §§ 12923 and 12940(j) (Sexual Harassment – Hostile Work Environment);
(2) Violation of the FEHA – Gov. Code § 12940(a) (Sex / Gender Discrimination);
(3) Violation of the FEHA – Gov. Code § 12940(h) (Retaliation);
(4) Violation of the FEHA – Gov. Code § 12940(k) (Failure to Prevent Harassment & Discrimination);
(5) Violation of the FEHA – Gov. Code §§ 12940(m)(l)) (Failure to Accommodate);
(6) Violation of the FEHA – Gov. Code §§ 12940(l) (n)) (Failure to Engage in the Interactive Process);
(7) Violation of the FEHA – Gov. Code § 12940(k) (Failure to Investigate/ Prevent/ Correct FEHA Violations);
(8) Negligent Hiring, Training, Supervision and Retention;
(9) Intentional Infliction of Emotional Distress; and
(10) Wrongful Termination in Violation of Public Policy.
The second lawsuit includes allegations of discrimination based on a disability at the Capricor Therapeutics, Inc. (CAPR) and Capricor, Inc. facilities located in San Diego, California (Case No: 26CU033235C).
The list of claims in this lawsuit include the following:
(1) Violation of the FEHA – Gov. Code § 12940(a) (Discrimination Based on Disability);
(2) Violation of the FEHA – Gov. Code § 12940(h) (Retaliation);
(3) Violation of the FEHA – Gov. Code § 12940(k) (Failure to Prevent Discrimination);
(4) Violation of the FEHA – Gov. Code §§ 12940(m)(l)) (Failure to Accommodate);
(5) Violation of the FEHA – Gov. Code §§ 12940(l) (n)) (Failure to Engage in the Interactive Process);
(6) Violation of the FEHA – Gov. Code § 12940(k) (Failure to Investigate/ Prevent/ Correct FEHA Violations);
(7) Negligent Hiring, Training, Supervision and Retention; and
(8) Wrongful Termination in Violation of Public Policy.

Due to these lawsuits, we are looking for witnesses of alleged sexual harassment, alleged discrimination based on sex / gender, and alleged disability discrimination at Capricor Therapeutics, Inc. (CAPR) and Capricor, Inc. in San Diego, California.
This includes witnessing any kind of alleged sexual harassment or discrimination against person(s) belonging to the LGBTQ+ community, as well as any kind of alleged discrimination against disabled person(s) at Capricor Therapeutics, Inc. (CAPR) and Capricor, Inc. in San Diego, California.
This also includes witnessing alleged sexual harassment or discrimination perpetrated by Capricor executives or employees at any location - regardless of whether the alleged harassment, discrimination, or inappropriate conduct occurred on the Capricor premises.
